Zhongshan (state)

Zhongshan (Chinese中山, Pinyin Zhongshan or中山 国, Zhōngshānguó ), also known as Xianyu (鲜 虞, Xianyu ) is referred to, is one of the Bai Di (白 狄, Bái Dí ) and other ethnic groups, was established in ancient state at the time of Spring - and autumn Annals and the time of the Warring States Period. He was regarded by the Chinese as " barbarians state." It was in the north-east of present-day Zhengding County of Hebei Province. He was once located between the old States Yan and Zhao.
