History

Schönwerder B was originally a manor. This was separated by a partition of an estate of the feudal Schönwerder the Blankensee family. The remaining Gutsbezirk was henceforth as a manor and Büdnerdorf Schönwerder A further. The first development took place on the Annex B 1765-1775, when the lieutenant Aegidus Christian Blankensee was her owner. He called the Annex B Louisenhof ( after his eldest daughter, Louise Sophie of Blankensee ). Schönwerder B had about 200 inhabitants in 1865.

By 1945 Schönwerder B belonged to the district of Pomerania in the Prussian province of Pomerania. Towards the end of the Second World War, the region was occupied by Schönwerder B in the spring of 1945 by the Red Army and then put together with all Pomerania under Polish administration.
