Zienia Merton
Zienia Merton ( born December 11, 1945 in Brunei ) is a British actress.
The daughter of an Anglo- French colonial officials and a Burmese dancer grew up in Singapore and Borneo. She attended school in Portugal and received in Tring ( Hertfordshire) dance training. At the age of 11 years she danced at the Royal Festival Hall in London as a mouse in the Nutcracker Suite by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
In 1962, she made her film debut as Venusianerin in Masters of Venus. Undisclosed she appeared in the Beatles movie Hi- Hi- help! with, then she stood next to Gregory Peck in The most dangerous man in the world and next to Charles Aznavour in the last adventurer in front of the camera. The Austrian producer Karl Spiehs she made as unattainable Thai Princess Tamani to a partner of Roy Black to give his film If you're with me an international touch.
Properly known Zienia Merton was, however, only as Sandra Benes in the science fiction series Moonbase Alpha 1 After that, they usually received only minor tasks in television series.
