Zsolt Németh (athlete)

Zsolt Németh ( born November 9, 1971 in Szombathely, Vas County ) is a Hungarian hammer thrower.

Sporting successes

Németh took part in the 1996 Summer Olympics, but did not progress beyond the qualifying round.

His biggest success Németh by winning the silver medal at the IAAF 1999 World Championships in Seville, when he was only Karsten Kobs ( 80.24 m) was beaten with 79.05 m.

Also in 1999, won Németh the gold medal at the Summer Universiade in Palma de Mallorca.
