Zwei himmlische Töchter

Two angelic daughters is the title of a German comedy television series from 1978, the " thunder flight " revolves around the fantastic adventures of the fictional airline. The series consisted of six episodes and was an offshoot of the television series odds and ends. The first broadcast was on ARD on 11 February 1978.

Also starring are seen Klaus Dahlen as a cook and mess as well as pilot Dieter Hildebrandt and Heinz Schubert as air traffic controllers. The director was, as already at odds and ends, Michael Pfleghar.

Framework for action

The night club dancers Kiki and Chantal have an old airplane, a Junkers Ju 52 from the 1930s, inherited and founded a charter company called " thunder flight ". Also on board is the thick chef Tino, who is from Italy and with his feisty mother runs the airport café. As a pilot, he spreads fear and terror at the airport. Since the business is bad, Kiki and Chantal are notorious with their housing rent in arrears and need to accept even the most adventurous order. So they bring for 10,000 marks a live bull to Pamplona, have the coffin of a certain Ivan Leech on board to fly, an aging Western Star (Slim Nesbit ) to Madrid carrying the princess of the fictional dwarf state Hoftenstein, bring an opera singer to Paris or fly a vaudeville troupe across Europe. Lack of fuel, navigation errors and other problems force again and again significant changes in the plan. A running gag is the start of the aircraft, which triggers panic among air traffic controllers regularly. Tino pilot flies after taking off every time so close to the tower over, that the windows shatter.
