The 32nd edition of the Wimbledon Championships took place in 1908 on the grounds of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club on Worple Road instead.
Men's Singles
In the absence of last year's winner Norman Brookes Arthur Gore won his second title.
Women's Singles
Charlotte Cooper Sterry - won at the age of 37 years and 282 days, their fifth title. This makes it the oldest player to have won the tournament of Wimbledon.
Men's doubles
Anthony Wilding and Josiah Ritchie won the final against Arthur Gore and Herbert Roper Barrett 6:1, 6:2, 1:6, 1:6 and 9:7.
