1965 Argentine Primera División
The Primera División in 1965 was the 35th season of the Argentine Football League Primera División. Had started the season on 18 April 1965. The last round was the 14th Dezember 1965. Climbers came as Lanus and CA Platense from the Primera B Nacional do so. The Boca Juniors ended the season as champions and were able to confirm their previous success with it. It thus qualified as well as the runner-up River Plate for the Copa Libertadores in 1966, for which CA Independiente was qualified because you won the Libertadores Cup in 1965. Descent had no teams since the league was expanded to the following season to two teams to twenty participants.
