1999 (song)

1999 is a song by the musician Prince from 1982, in which his fears sings before nuclear war. The song was written by both him and produced and appeared on the eponymous double album in 1999.

History

The title was released on September 24, 1982 in the United States, and first reached number 44 in the U.S. singles chart.
