2003–04 Belarusian Extraliga season
The 2003/04 season was the twelfth season of the Belarusian Extraliga, the highest Belarusian Hockey League. Champion for the first time in club history at all of the HK Junost Minsk.

Mode
In the main round each of the ten teams played a total of 45 games. The top eight teams qualified for the playoffs, where the Master was played. For one victory after regulation time, each team received three points for a win after overtime two points in a match, it was a point and a defeat after overtime and a defeat after regular time zero points.
