2006–07 Cupa României
The Cupa României was played in the 2006/07 season for the 69th time. The official name of the competition was " Cupa României Timisoreana ". In the final game, which was played in Dan - Păltinişanu stadium in Timişoara, Rapid Bucharest won 2-0 against the FCU Politehnica Timişoara and could thus win the trophy for the 13th time.
