2011–12 First Macedonian Football League

The Prva liga 2011/12 was the 20th season of the highest soccer league in Macedonia. The season began on 31 July 2011 and ended on 23 May 2012 with the 33rd and final round.

FK Škendija 79 started as a defending champion in the season after the club won its first championship 2010/11. However, the title defense failed, the championship was won by the record champions Vardar Skopje.

Clubs

The two best teams in the second division went up into the Prva liga. These were the FK 11 Oktomvri Prilep and Ohrid FK, which gave both her ​​debut in the top division. The last- placed FK Pelister Bitola had to dismount. Vardar Skopje was spared as elftplatziertes team from relegation.
