Aker Solutions

Aker Solutions ASA (formerly Aker Kværner ASA) is a Norwegian company that was created in 2004 from the merger of corporations and Aker Kværner ASA. Head of the company is Kjell Inge Røkke. On 8 April 2008, Aker Kværner ASA called for in Aker Solutions ASA.
