American Political Science Association
The American Political Science Association (APSA ) is the leading professional and trade association of political scientists in the United States. The association based in Washington, D.C. was founded in 1903 and is headquartered in Washington. The APSA are currently three scientific journals out, the American Political Science Review, Perspectives on Politics, and PS: Political Science & Politics.
First APSA president was from 1903 to 1905 Frank J. Goodnow. Among its annually changing successors were:

The APSA organized democracy workshops in Africa and sponsoring seminars for political scientists, journalists, and interested citizens.
