Andreas Wolf (Russian: Андрей Андреевич Вольф, born June 12, 1982 in Leninabad, now Khujand ) is a German footballer of German-Russian origin.

Career

Club career

Vorkarriere

After Andreas Wolf came in 1990 as emigrants to Germany, the central defender learned to play football for clubs in space Ansbach. The SV Arrow Burk, the ESV Ansbach - Eyb and SpVgg Ansbach 09 were his stations, before joining the 1st FC Nuremberg in 1997.

1 FC Nuremberg

At the club, he went through all the other youth teams of the club. His Bundesliga debut in the then 19 -year-old on 23 March 2002 at Berlin's Olympic Stadium with a 0-2 defeat of the 1st FC Nuremberg. It was followed by three more appearances in the 2001/ 02 season.

Werder Bremen

For the season 2011/12 Wolf moved to Werder Bremen. His first competitive game, he completed 30 July 2011 at the DFB Cup match against 1.FC Heidenheim. His Bundesliga debut at Werder he gave the game against 1.FC Kaiserslautern, on 6 August 2011.

AS Monaco

During the winter break of 2011/12 Wolf moved for a transfer fee of € 1.5 million for AS Monaco. He signed a three and a half years at the Monegasque contract until 30 June 2015. In the 2012/2013 season was as captain Andreas Wolf from AS Monaco instrumental in the promotion to the Ligue 1. Due to many new signings he came, however, so far in the 2013/2014 season to no use. During the winter break of the 2013/14 season he publicly expressed his desire to return to Germany because he saw no future in sports for themselves in Monaco.

National
