Bagare Department

Bagare is both a municipality (French commune Rurale ) and a comprehensive department of the same territory in the West African nation of Burkina Faso, in the Northern Region and the province Passoré. In 2006 the municipality had 23,311 inhabitants.

Seven kilometers west of bagare is the Forêt de classée Niouma, a state nature reserve.
