Bassens (Savoie)

Bassens is a town in the French department of Savoie in the Rhone -Alpes.

Geography

Bassens is located at 320 m above sea level. M., about 2 km northeast of the town of Chambery (air line). The village is located in the west of the department of Savoie, on the southern edge of the massif of the Wallows and at the foot of Mont, in the Talfurche of Chambery.

History
