Beijing Marathon

The Beijing Marathon (English name Beijing International Marathon; Chinese北京 国际 马拉松 赛, Pinyin Běijīng Guoji Mǎlāsōngsài, nor ANA Beijing International Marathon to the main sponsor ANA) is a marathon, to be held in Beijing since 1981 (initially in September, 1984 in October). It is organized by the Chinese Athletics Association. The event's 2012 vintage was omitted due to the initial November 2012 held in Beijing Congress of the Communist Party of China first, without notice and later transferred to the 25th of November. The participation fee for the marathon is for Chinese at 120 RMB yuan (about 20 U.S. dollars) for foreigners at 80 U.S. dollars.
