Ben Payal

Ben Payal ( born September 8, 1988 in Luxembourg ) is a Luxembourgian football player.

Career

Association

Payal started to play football at FC Luerenzweiler. Then he went to the youth department of Jeunesse Esch.

There Payal played to 2005 in youth. Then he played in the first team, where he was immediately regulars. In 2007 he went to F91 Dudelange, where he was in 2008, 2009 and 2011, the Luxembourg champion. 2009, the Luxembourg Cup winner. 2013 he moved to rivals CS Fola Esch. International successes have so far been denied.

National

His first game for the national team he made on 11 October 2006 when he came off the bench in the qualifier for the 2008 European Football Championship, against Bulgaria (0-1) in the 61st minute for René Peters. When sensational 1-0 victory over Belarus that favored Payal was there. The qualification for Euro 2008, but missed.

Even with the qualification for World Cup 2010, he was there. Payal was among others the surprising 2-1 victory over Switzerland 's favorites here. However, to qualify for the FIFA World Cup 2010 has been missed.
