Béning-lès-Saint-Avold
Béning -lès -Saint -Avold ( German Beningen ) is a commune with 1245 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Moselle in the Lorraine region.
Geography
The community Béning -lès -Saint -Avold and Forbach is located between Saint- Avold, near the border with the Saarland in the cross-border landscape of Warndt.
Neighboring communities of Béning are Cocheren the north and east, in the southeast Farébersviller, Seingbouse in the southwest, betting in the west and Freyming -Merlebach ( point of contact ) to the northwest.
Demographics
The current mayor is from March 2008 Simone Ramsaier - Blanchard. In the local elections on 23 March 2014, it was re-elected.
