Black Thought

Black Thought ( born October 3, 1972 in Philadelphia ), Tariq Trotter bourgeois, is an American rapper and co-founder of the hip- hop group The Roots, along with drummer Ahmir Thompson Khalib called Questlove. He is one of the representatives of the Conscious Rap.

Trotter came in a few films on, but mostly in cameo roles. In early September 2007, he was cast in the directorial debut of Mark Webber ( " Bomb The System"). The independent film "Explicit Ills ," in which he appeared also deals with the consequences of poverty, drug use and certain decisions to which people are forced in life.

In 2013, a solo album by Black Thought appear. According to the artist, it is to be a blues album, on which he sing instead would like rap usually. The probable title is The Talented Mr. Trotter. In 2011, a solo recording of Trotter was announced, which should carry this item.
