Blackeberg metro station

Blackeberg is an aboveground station Stockholm subway. It is located in the homonymous district Blackeberg. The station is served by the Gröna linjen the Stockholm subway system. It belongs to the rather moderate frequented stations of the metro network. On a normal working day 4,000 commuters to climb here.

The station was taken on October 26, 1952, in operation, when the metro section Hötorget Vällingby was inaugurated. The platforms are located above ground in elevated and partly also in the Blackebergtunnel, which is about 600 m long and the direction of the station Islandstorget leads. The station is located between the stations Islandstorget and Råcksta. Stockholm Central Station is about 9.5 km.
