Brett Palin

Brett Palin ( born June 23, 1984 in Nanaimo, British Columbia) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who plays from the 2013/14 season at the Grizzly Adams Wolfsburg in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga.

Career

Palin came for the first time at the age of four years in conjunction with the sport of ice hockey. He began his career with the Kelowna Rockets of the Western Hockey League. There, the defender played for five years and won in the seasons 2002/ 03 and 2004/ 05 respectively the championship. 2004 was the Memorial Cup to be won. Among other things, by these successes he made the organization of the Calgary Flames attention to itself, where he in 2005 as a free agent signed a contract, but he never came through inserts in the farm teams also. He played the next five years two seasons for the Omaha Ak -Sar - Ben Knights and another three for their successor team, the Quad City Flames and the Abbotsford Heat. After another season in the American Hockey League with the Milwaukee Admirals, he opted for a move to Europe, where he became was used for Piráti Chomutov in the second highest league in the Czech Republic. In May 2013, the Grizzly Adams Wolfsburg gave the obligation of the defense known, who signed a one year contract.
