Buk (Prachatice District)

Buk ( German book ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located eleven kilometers west of Prachatice and belongs to Okres Prachatice.

Geography

Buk is located at the northern foot of the Boubín ( German Kubany ) ( 1362 m) in the Bohemian Forest, 825 meters. South of the valley of the creek is Cikánský (Gypsy Bach), are in the four water mills.
