Burnhaupt-le-Haut
Burn -le -Haut ( Upper German Burn Main) is a commune with 1629 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Haut-Rhin in the Alsace region. It belongs to the district Thann, to Canton Cernay and community association Vallée de la Doller et Soultzbach.
Geography
The municipality Burn -le -Haut is located about 15 kilometers south-west from Mulhouse, near the Burgundian Gate. Due to the north of the municipal territory, the Doller flows. The community is a major transportation hub in the south of Alsace. This is where the A 36 (Mulhouse - Besançon), the two-lane -developed D 83 ( Colmar ) and some highways to each other.
Neighboring communities of burn -le -Haut are Aspach- le-Bas in the north, Schweighouse -Thann in the northeast, Burn -le -Bas in the southeast and south, Soppe -le- Bas in the southwest and Guewenheim in the northwest.
