Capella, Aragon

Capella is a municipality of the province of Huesca in the autonomous community of Aragon in Spain. Capella is located in the comarca of Ribagorza in the valley of the River Isábena.

Municipality

In 1926, the village of La Puebla de Mon from Capella resigned and has joined gray. The municipality includes since 1965 the former municipality Laguarres. At Capella also includes the small village Pociello.

Linguistic mapping

Laguarres is in some sources the Catalan-speaking area of ​​Franja de Aragón attributed, while Capella and Porciello traditionally belong to the aragonesischsprachigen area.
