Monesma y Cajigar
Monesma y Cajigar (Catalan Monesma i Caixigar or Monesma i Queixigar ) is a Catalan-speaking, the Franja de Aragón associated municipality in the province of Huesca in the autonomous community of Aragon in Spain. It is located in the comarca of Ribagorza between the rivers Noguera Isábena and Ribagorzana in the north-south direction trending Tolva valleys of the Río Caijigar and its tributary the Río de Monesma.

History
The municipality was created from the union of the former municipalities Cajigar and Monesma de Benabarre around 1960.
