W. C. Boggs is produced by the owners of the small factory WC Boggs & Son, the toilets. But an incompetent management and Vic Spanner, representatives of the trade union, calls the workers to new strikes from the most trivial reasons, hinder well-being of the company. The situation escalates when Boggys son and daughter Plummers begin an affair.
