Claudia Dreher

Claudia Dreher ( born 2 May 1971 in Magdeburg ) is a German long-distance runner, the marathon times has its greatest successes.

She was German champion in cross country in 1993. In 1997, she repeated this success and won the Houston and the Lisbon Marathon.

In a marathon of the European Athletics Championships 1998 in Budapest, she was ten, and as the third of the Frankfurt Marathon, she was in the same year German Marathon Champion.

The following year, they began by the Hannover Marathon with 2:27:55 hours at the same time their personal best and the current course record and was ninth in the marathon of the World Athletics Championships in 1999 in Seville in 2:29:22 h order they qualified for the Olympic Games in Sydney.

In 2000, she was third at the Frankfurt Marathon, 2001, she again won the Lisbon Marathon, and 2002 and 2004 she won the Cologne Marathon.

In 2005, she finished first to third place in the Hamburg Marathon, and then won for the third time at the Cologne Marathon.

In a marathon of the European Athletics Championships in Gothenburg in 2006, she was in 2:33:53 h Eleventh and the Frankfurt Marathon the same year Fourth.

In 2007, she was eighth at the Hamburg Marathon in 2:33:58 h, and in 2008 she won the Tokyo Marathon in 2:35:35 h

Claudia Dreher starts for the LG Ihleläufer castle and is trained by Bodo Unger. She finished her studies in 2006 for communications specialist and is since 2009 managing director of the company " dynavia ".
