Daniel Morelon

Daniel Morelon ( born July 24, 1944 in Bourg -en- Bresse ) is a French former racing cyclist. He won four Olympic appearances in five medals, including three gold.

Career as an active athlete

Morelon 1963 won his first international medals when he won at the Mediterranean Games bronze in the sprint train and went along with Pierre Trentin on the tandem to silver. 1964 Morelon was French champion in track sprint for the first time.
