Louis Chaillot

Louis Chaillot ( born March 2, 1914 in Chaumont, † January 30, 1998 in Aubenas ) was a French racing cyclist.

Twice launched Louis Chaillot at the Olympics and won a total of three medals: 1932 in Los Angeles, he won silver in the sprint race and gold in tandem together with Maurice Perrin, 1936 bronze in the sprint.

1937 Chaillot stepped over to the professionals and in the same year French champion in the sprint. 1944 and 1946 he was champion of France in the Stayers race and third in the 1946 World Cup Stayers. He also won multiple podium finishes at the French Championships.
