David Trezeguet (born 15 October 1977 in Rouen, France ) is a French football player. The world and European champions in 1998 and 2000 has been serving the CA Newell 's Old Boys since 2013.

He played from 2000 to 2010 for the Italian giants Juventus. His greatest strengths are the header game and the extreme coolness in front of goal. Michel Platini compared him once with Paolo Rossi and gave him the nickname Trezegol.

Career

The son of Argentine footballer Jorge Trezeguet grew up in Argentina and played as a youth for Club Atlético Platense, a small club from Vicente López in the outskirts of Buenos Aires. In 1996, he was with the French U-19 European champion selection. He then moved to AS Monaco, with whom he made ​​his breakthrough. In the first year he was with his former strike partner Thierry Henry French master.
