Denys Sylantyev
Denys Sylantjew (Ukrainian Денис Олегович Силантьев; born October 3, 1976 in Zaporizhia ) is a former swimmer from Ukraine.
He won the bronze medal over 200 m butterfly at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney. He also won three times at the float series Mare Nostrum. In 2004 he was European champion in his best discipline, the 200m butterfly.
In 1998, he was voted European Swimmer of the Year.
