DG Flugzeugbau LS10
The LS10 is a single-seat high performance glider of 18- m class with flaps and the option to fly in FAI racing class with 15 m span.
History
The LS10 is the latest development of DG Flugzeugbau in Bruchsal, based on the developed nor the previous Rolladen -Schneider LS10 prototype. Various improvements to this initial development led to market-ready version of the LS10 -s.
Construction
The wing is a completely new development, while the fuselage was largely taken over by the LS6c. Changes compared to the LS6 for example, the standard fitted Bugwipers garages and the Piggott - hook.
All LS10 -s are shipped motor prepared. For use as a turbo engine comes in the LS10 -st the proven engine of the LS8 -st with the model developed by DG Flugzeugbau motor control system DEI -NT.
Use
With the first prototype of the LS10 won Holger Back, production manager and managing director at DG in the year 2005, the German championship in the 18- meter class.
