Ebullition Records

Ebullition Records is an independent record label founded in early 1990 with its headquarters in Goleta, California / USA. The strongly non-commercial oriented and DIY - conscious label is one of the most important publishers of the range Emo, Screamo and hardcore punk. History

The label is founded in 1990 by former columnist of the magazine Maximum Rocknroll, Kent McClard. He receives support this by Sonja Skindrud, the ' zine wrote for the exedra and was primarily responsible for the name, and by Brent Stephens, a member of Downcast, who designed the logo.

After the first failed project of record an LP of Inside Out, the label has worked with this band that will have later than Rage Against the Machine 's international success, a second time together; again this time to bring out a plate with the selfsame name Rage against the Machine. The name given to the band 's later, by going back to a saying McClards, he used some time in the fanzine No Answers # 9 in his articles. The project is never finished.
