Elisabetta Canalis
Elisabetta Canalis ( born September 12, 1978 in Sassari, Sardinia, Italy) is an actress and model.
Life
Canalis played roles in such films as Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo and Virgin Territory with Hayden Christensen and Mischa Barton. She was also a showgirl in Striscia la notizia, one of the most famous shows in Italy. In 2007, she hosted the annual music festival " Festivalbar ". By 2009, she was romantically involved with the Italian soccer player Christian Vieri; 2009-2011 with actor George Clooney. In June 2011, Clooney and Canalis announced their separation. From 15 to 19 February 2011, she presented together with Gianni Morandi and Belen Rodriguez that takes place every year in Sanremo Festival di Sanremo. In Germany it is seen as a face for the confectionery Giotto of the Italian confectioner Ferrero. In September 2011, Canalis had " Naked Than Wear Fur Better " campaign of the animal rights organization PETA photographed nude for. In the Film Festival of Cannes 2012, she was part of the 24/7-Werbekampagne by Sacha Baron Cohen for The Dictator.
