The European Route 45 ( shortcut: E 45 ) is a European route, extending from north to south in particular through North, Central and Southern Europe. It begins in Karesuvanto in northwestern Finland directly on the Swedish border ( Karesuando ) and ends in Gela on the south coast of Sicily in Italy. E 45 has a length of about 4920 km.

Section Modena - Bologna
