FIFA 100
The FIFA 100 is a occasion of its 100th anniversary, published by the International Football FIFA organization on 4 March 2004 list of the 125 greatest living footballers at the anniversary. The selection was made Pele and includes 123 players and two players. 18 photographers have portrayed these players; the photos were first seen at a charity event in London and were then shown around the world in a traveling exhibition.

Criticism
Critics complained that the selection of some famous football players from different countries missing, also the list would have a certain " Gegenwartslastigkeit ". In part, the selection also includes players who have been rather taken into account for reasons of regional importance, have away but never reached beyond their own national borders has significant name recognition. On the other hand, such a list can necessarily only be subjective, since relatively few of these 125 players are absolutely undisputed in their meaning.
