Finsterhennen
Finsterhennen (French Poule Grasse ) is a municipality in the administrative district in the canton of Bern Seeland in Switzerland.
Geography
Finsterhennen is in the Great Marsh, a particularly fertile area with almost black soil in the Berner Seeland. The neighboring communities of north clockwise beginning are Lüscherz, Siselen, Kallnach, Treiten and Brüttelen.
History
The high medieval deserted village Uf the Höchi was investigated archaeologically 2002-2005.
