First Macedonian Football League

The Prva Makedonska Fudbalska League ( mazedon. - kyrill. Прва македонска фудбалска лига, German Macedonian First League football ) is the highest Macedonian football league.

Mode

Twelve teams play in three rounds against each other and thus determine the champion. The last two teams from one season to rise. The League was founded after the dissolution of Yugoslavia in 1992. Master among the 18 participants in the inaugural season 1992/93 was Vardar Skopje. Before playing the Macedonian clubs in the leagues of Yugoslavia.
