Fredrik Jacobson

Fredrik Jacobson ( born September 26, 1974 in Molndal ) is a Swedish professional golfer of the North American PGA TOUR.

He was professional golfer in 1994 and played the 1995 season on the European Tour, but where he could not initially assert themselves. As of 1997, Jacobson established in the top European tournament series, but had to elapse 160 events before him at the 2003 Hong Kong Open scored the first victory. In the same season followed by two more successes, one of which is the highly doped and prestigious Volvo Masters. He finished the year with a fourth place in the European Tour Order of Merit (best result of Sweden Forsbrand together with Anders, 1992) and was the first Swede who has won three titles in one season. The following year, Jacobson rose in the U.S. PGA TOUR, where he has since well and keeps up on 26 June, 2011 at the Travelers Championship with a total of only one played bogey on 72 holes could celebrate his first tournament victory.

He played in the Continental European team in the Seve Trophy in 2003 and was with 4 ½ stars out of five of the team's best. Participation in the 2004 Ryder Cup when he missed Jacobson in the relevant Rankings ( Order of Merit and golf world ranking) was referenced each by a space.

Fredrik Jacobson is married to his wife Heather since 2003. The two have a daughter and reside in Monaco.
