Fritz is a municipality with 2022 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013 ) in the district of Innsbruck Land, Tyrol ( Austria ). The municipality is located in the judicial district of Hall in Tirol.

Geography
Fritz's is located in the Lower Inn Valley at a Terrassenabdachung, about 16 kilometers east of Innsbruck on the left Innseite.

History
Fritz's is located at the foot of Gnadewald plateau on the gravel banks of the late glacial dam on the sunny side. Its history goes back to the Hallstatt period (ca 600 BC).
