Great Britain at the 1980 Summer Olympics
The Team Great Britain includes athletes from the United Kingdom, the Kronbesitzungen the British Crown and the British overseas territories, with the exception of Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands in London at the Olympic Games in 1980. It was the total of 19 participation in the Olympic Summer Games. From the British Olympic Association 219 athletes were nominated in 14 sports. In view of the discussions about a boycott of the British athletes participation was optional.
