Hatem Ghoula

Hatem Ghoula (Arabic حاتم غولة Ghula Hatim, Hatim DMG Gula; born June 7, 1973 in Tunisia) is a Tunisian athlete who won at the World Athletics Championships 2007 in Osaka bronze over 20 km of walking.

General

The third place finish at the 2007 World Championships was the first World Championship medal for Tunisia. Since Mohamed Gammoudi had won at the 1972 Olympic Games silver in the 5000 -meter run, could not Tunisian athlete to win a medal at global events. Ghoula is 1,78 m tall and has a competition weight of 70 kg.
