Hiroshi Kiyotake (Japanese清 武 弘 嗣, Hiroshi Kiyotake, born November 12, 1989 in Oita, Oita Prefecture) is a Japanese football player. He is an attacking midfielder. His preferred position is the playmaker, he can also be used on the right wing position.

Born in Oita Prefecture Kiyotake played from 2002 to 2003 for FC Katiora, from 2004 in the U15 youth team from Oita Trinita.
