James Arthur Ewing

James Arthur Ewing was an American politician. In the years 1952 and 1953 he was Governor of American Samoa.

He was ahead of his time as territorial governor Managing a resident of Ohio steel company. In 1952 he was appointed by President Harry S. Truman in place of John C.
