Janet Fielding

Janet Fielding (* January 1957 in Brisbane, Queensland as Janet Mahoney ), is an Australian actress.

Her most famous role is the Tegan Jovanka in Doctor Who as companion of the fourth Doctor, played by Tom Baker, and especially of the fifth, played by Peter Davison. Fielding played the role of 1981 until 1984. 1982 she married the foreign policy editor of the Daily Mirror Nick Davies. Both were divorced in 1991. In the 1990s, Fielding worked as an actor - agent and struck Paul McGann as the eighth Doctor ago. Fielding played Tegan in Doctor Who radio plays. Today she works in a charity shop.
