Jiefang District

The municipality Jiefang (Chinese解放区) belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Jiaozuo in Henan Province, China.

It has an area of 62 km ² and has about 280,000 inhabitants ( 2002). At the community level, the municipality is composed of nine road districts.
