Mengzhou

The city Mengzhou (Chinese孟州市, Pinyin Mengzhou Shì ) is a county -level city in the Chinese province of Henan. It belongs to the administrative territory of the prefecture-level city of Jiaozuo. Mengzhou has an area of ​​542 km ² and has 370,000 inhabitants.

The grave of Han Yu (Han Yu mu韩愈 墓) is since 2006 on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China ( 6-264 ).
