Johannelund metro station
Johannelund is an aboveground station Stockholm subway. It is located in Vinsta district. The station is served by the Gröna linjen the Stockholm subway system. It belongs to the rather moderate frequented stations of the metro network. On a normal working day 1,000 commuters to climb here.
The station was put into operation on 1 November 1956 as the metro section Vällingby - Hässelby was inaugurated gård. The platforms are located above ground in high position. At the station there is an " Industry Station ", which was built to provide a public transport connection to nearby businesses. The station has two side platforms instead of tunnelbanaüblichen center platforms. The station is located between the stations Vällingby and Hässelby gård.
