Jordan Henry

Henry Jordan ( born February 11, 1986 in Milo, Alberta ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is since June 2012 at the Washington Capitals in the National Hockey League contract.

Career

Jordan Henry began his career as a hockey player in Canadian junior Western Hockey League in which he was active for the Moose Jaw Warriors and Red Deer Rebels 2003-2007. Then the defender played for three years for the Rochester Americans of the American Hockey League, where he ran aground in parallel in the 2007/ 08 season in 20 games for the Florida Everblades in the ECHL.

For the season 2010/11 Henry was obliged by HC Dinamo Minsk of the Kontinental Hockey League. 9 July 2011 it transferred the Florida Panthers in exchange for Keith Seabrook to the Calgary Flames. On the same day Henry signed a Zweiwegvertrag for one year at the Calgary Flames. After a year he had played during the Abbotsford Heat and Chicago Wolves in the AHL, he and a fifth -round pick in the NHL Entry Draft in 2013 were delivered by the Flames for Dennis Wideman to the Washington Capitals.
